Our inspector showed up early, introduced himself, and immediately began showing us his findings. All along the way he gave simple explanations and advised us on fixes to be made. He did so safely and with great detail. The report is comprehensive and thorough. The pictures clearly show the problem areas. Boggs went over every inch of a three story log cabin, identifying 18" of fungal rot on a support log that turned out to have a breathtaking remediation cost. They identified a number of other items too, and while we're sorry to have spent $1333 on a house we're not buying, we'll be coming back to Boggs to look at every house until we find "the one". Worth every single penny.
