We live remotely and Boggs performed a full house inspection for us for a potential house purchase - the inspector (Eric) was thorough and took great pics and notes of all issues/recommendations. A full report was available the next morning and the inspector has been very helpful answering our questions.

Worked with them on potential property. Absolutely meticulous eye on detail, incredibly thorough, left a ton of notes for us to review, and then provided 3d images of most rooms.
Pricing was beyond reasonable for how much work they did.
Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and will use them in the future if needed.

Perry was efficient and thorough. He showed me items during the inspection and patiently answered questions I had. At the end of the inspection he highlighted the items of greatest concern, explained items I was not clear on and wanted to make sure any questions I had were answered. His inspection report was clear and concisenand easy to underand.
