Inspectors George Green and Kimberly Parks met with my agent at the property as planned and conducted a thorough inspection. I appreciated that all services and fees were clearly outlined in the contract, and they even provided a 10% discount on each additional service, which helped save some money.

The inspection itself was completed in about three hours, and I received the full report the next day. The report was detailed, clearly documenting all deficiencies along with recommendations. It gave me the confidence and information I needed to renegotiate the purchase price with the seller.

As a Listing Broker when I see that Boggs inspection is coming to perform the inspection I can assure the seller that the buyer will be getting a quality inspection. I also assure the seller that if for any reason there is any damage made by the inspector it will be taken care of in a timely manner.
