Amazing inspection service. Very kind people who went incredibly thorough around the house (inspection before buying). Even the follow up with the inspection report is super dummy proof when reading. Pictures are very on point with even small details caught like minor window scratches, debris noting, crawl space checking, attic/ roof inspection of the smallest of things, thermal checking heaters with cameras, hell even drawn out pictures explaining why a certain issue with the home could potentially be a problem (no shit an actual picture regarding slope and grading explaining why the from the down spout of the drain line could be an issue with leakage in soil). There is way too much to note but they got a lot done and am very pleased at ALL they have done. Highly recommend Boggs and will definitely be using them again in the future (either at more homes to check before buying or hell even the house he checked now).

The inspector that came out to do my sewer scope and home inspection to buy, was amazing! He was thorough and didn’t mind my million questions. He explained everything to me and took his time. I highly recommend this company and definitely will in the future.
